This service is designed to remove the risk of a client or their staff attending when the alarm has been activated. We attend, check the premises and reset alarms if false.

If an incident has occurred, we take the remedial action to resecure the premises (costs agreed by the client in advance) by arranging for a contractor to attend to reglaze etc. We supervise them during the work.

If the system needs an engineer reset, we will meet the engineer to reset the alarms.
